incompatible with Revised BP-BGT Worldmap v5?

I am trying to play BGT with the mega-colection of mods. I have installed the worldmap revision last and when i exit the new town south i can go to the old barracks and do the rat quest but to the north or to the west the game goes to the new map and i cant select anything...Is this a common incompatibility with the revised worldmap? If so how can i fix it, since i am stuck and i cant leave.

Are you comfortable using Near Infinity? If so, there's a rather painless way to fix the problem.
