Ok... My apologies if this has been posted before. I searched but couldn't find it. I'm having a problem where I am stuck on the cutscene right after leaving Easthaven with Hrothgar's expedition for Kuldahar. I started a multiplayer game and filled it myself leaving one spot open for NPC's, played through Irenicus' dungeon and then took the portal leading to the NEJ stuff. Because I still had Imoen in the party, I let Hrothgar go when he asked to join. The game cuts to the "after the avalanche" cutscene at that point, and I am stuck in the cutscene.

Does anyone know of a way to get free here? Or maybe to avoid the problem in the first place? I'm reasonably sure I installed everything correctly <crosses fingers>.

Thanks for the help...

Try asking at Vlad's forum for NEJ. There was a similar issue with a crash to desktop that involved a couple of spell files. Hopefully the link with get added here,,,

If you are using TS-BP6.04 then Vlad wont support it at his forums and you posted in the right place here. If you are playing TS.6.05 then posting at Vlad's forums is the right thing to do.

While playing NeJ2 you may not send Hrothgar away. He is a clue personage of the game like PC.

P.S. NeJ2 has never been tested in a multiplayer mode.

That makes sense... I guess I'll be the first tester then... :P Thanks for the help!

Just out of morbid curiosity (and because I'm getting ready to install again for a multiplayer session with a friend), what does your personal install look like?

I'm testing every major 'big mod' out there, with BPv171 (on the way to 172) on top.
NeJ(1&)2, BD-weidu, SoS, TDD, CtB, TS-BP, BGT, DSotSC, NTotSC, SoBH,BGTTweak, BG1NPC, Imoen's Romance, Ease, Upgrade, Mod fixpacks, and BPv171 weidu. In that order. I may cut a few mods out, and restart my "multiplayer" game (a single-player game with two homemade PC's--Horred the Plague and Skullen Crossbones). This install was more to see what issues remain, than to be a fun gaming platform. ;)

And, BTW--there are several issues in this install (mostly animations, but not all animations); this is not for the faint of heart. I'm over 1/2 way into ToB, however--so it was indeed "playable". Issues are being worked out as we go, mostly between King Diamond and me.
