I've just started Chapter 7 and met up with Fabio outside Candlekeep. The goings on at restenford are explained and as that finishes and the loading screen starts it crashes to the desktop.

I appologise that I am not literate when it comes to modding, all I can really do is list the order I installed the mods in:

1. Tutu v4
2. Tutu fix V15 (does'nt install over other mods)
3. Grey Clan Episode
4. Sirines Call V4
5. Tutu Sounds V4
6. NPC Project V11

7. Secret Of Bonehill V201

8. Tutu Tweaks V16
9. Yocomo's worldmap.

I'm wondering if I should have installed Bonehill after Tutu Tweaks...
Obviously I can't list all of the components I chose to install but if its relavent at all I chose to keep the spells that were not in BG2.

I don't know if this is helps but the details of the error message are:

AppName: bgmain.exe AppVer: 2.5.0.2 ModName. bgmain.exe
ModVer: 2.5.0.2 Offset: 0059a400

Shame about this as I was looking forward to playing it. I'd start again with just TSOB installed but I hear re-installing the other mods and going back to your savegame does'nt work.
And I don't think I've got the time or stamina to start another game from scratch. :crying:

So the cutscene of the Baron dying was okay? Was the crash only when you accept the quest to return with him? If so, I think you have a new bug. The known bug for this before was after the area loads and Peltar talks to you. Your game hasn't gotten that far.

Did you ever go to BH0500 (the Baron's castle in Restenford)? If not, could you try to CLUA to that location? This will give me an idea of what the problem is.

Don't worry, we can get you to Restenford with a few console commands. ;)

Yep, the cutscene was fine. It crashes just as the cutscene finishes and the game switches to the load screen.

It does'nt crash if I refuse the quest - Fabio just walks off.

I can CLUA to area BH0500 but its as I left it in part one, with the Baron still alive, his dialogue aswell as other characters and Restenford unchanged.

Hope this helps.

I can't duplicate the problem. It works for me.

Try this:

CLUAConsole:MoveToArea("BH0500")

Transfer yourself to the grass area near the doors of the mansion (south of the walkways).

CLUAConsole:SetGlobal("BHToldOfDeath","GLOBAL",5)

This should make Pelltar appear. It should also bring Fabio into the area. You will have to talk to Pelltar, I see that this method doesn't trigger Fabio to start the dialogs with Pelltar.

Yes! Back on track :D

Thanks for that mate, the least I can do in return is when I finished BG1, I'll do a clean install of everything again and run through everything quickly just to check if it was a one off bug.

I know it takes a long time to install the whole lot - it must drive you modders nuts. If you can recommend any particular order for the mods just let me know.

I couldn't really give you a recommended install order for Tutu but I usually install Tutu patches, then Tweaks, then normal mods. For normal mods, install large mods first (they usually change many areas and creatures), then smaller mods (Banters, Romances, NPC mods), then item mods, and last is always Yacomo's Worldmap. Actually, the map doesn't have to be last but if this makes sure you have the best Worldmap for the game.
