RPG: Baldur's Gate II: Shadows of Amn
MMORPG: World of Warcraft
RTS: Battle for Middle-Earth
Adventure: Indiana Jones and the Infernal Machine
Fighting Game: Soul Calibur II
Futuristic Shooter: Deus Ex
Free-Form Shooter: Grand Thef Auto: Vice City
Puzzle Game: Tetris

One can argue whether Deus Ex is a shooter or a RPG, but I think it qualifies for both. Second best game I've ever played, right after Baldur's Gate: SoA, graphics aren't that important to me.

EDIT: Due to spelling, the error being gracefully pointed out by Ebon ;)

RPG=Baldur's Gates (deathless community, right ?)
RTS=Warcraft II (well..the only strategy game I have which doesn't make my eyes sore)
Quest=Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis

:(
I shouldn't have to be the first to mention Half-Life 2 for FPS.
Baldur's Gate II for RPG.

Forward he cried from the rear
And the front rank died
And the general sat and the lines on the map
Moved from side to side.
