As for Meepo, he may be a fighter, but he is still just a kobold. They don't have the strength or body mass of a halfling or gnome, so they aren't going to have equal stats for those races. Standard game stats for a kobold are 9 in each category. Meepo is actually higher in every category except Charisma (15 in Dexterity). So he really does have better than average stats.
As for how you modify him, ShadowKeeper could have done this for you without adding other mods. Just have him join your party and modify him like any other party member. However, if you have problems, don't expect me to try to solve them for you. Modifications to my modifications of the game aren't going to be supported by this team. Valid mods that do work with CA will be supported (kit mods, etc but not ShadowKeeper changes).
The gauntlets actually come from IceWind Dale and that is their stats in that game.

Ummm. Just out of curiosity, but why does Meepo have a dog-like portrait when the rest of the kobolds are lizardlike?

Different artists.
The kobold leader has a portrait from NeverWinter that I used. Plasmocat created the portrait of Meepo awhile back and I decided to use it instead of the other plain looking kobold picture I had from NeverWinter.
So... I guess we could either replace the kobold leader's portrait with something that looks like Meepo's or replace Meepo's. However, I do like his (dog face that he is).

I'll ask Plasmocat to make another Kobold picture for the leader. I really like the new Meepo picture too.
