I am running a TuTu game and just started playing SoB. Whenever I try to exit to the west, east or north, I get the world map centered at the Temple location in BG, Restenford and its "suburbs" are nowhere to be found. Interestingly, I was able to go south without going to the World Map. Apparently, I didn't install Yacomo's Worldmap program. I was wondering if, rather than installing the worldmap program, and using NI to incorporate the revised map into my current game, someone had the map coordinates so I could play the game by traveling via CLUAConsole. Maybe its a stretch, but I thought I'd try.

That's plausable although I'd personally find it would ruin the flow of the plot a bit. You can also enter the castle grounds btw without having to go to thw world map

You can do it but it would make better since to install the map and then fix your game in NI. By the way, if you look at the MOS files in NI, you will see what the names are for the major areas (BH0100, BH0200, etc).

Tired of Bhaal? Try some classics mods instead:

Thanks for you're quick responses. Here's what I did. I installed the program, started a new game, CLUAConsoled my way to Restenford and saved the game. Then I copied the map file in the in the saved game and stuck it in a save folder from the original game, and was able to play the mod without a hiccup. I haven't, however, returned to the main game. I suspect that the map there will be blank, but that's ok because there are few map locations I need to revisit. I hope this works. I'll find out tonight.
