I would like to see them before we start please.

Back from the brink.

Like RPGs? Like Star Wars? Think combining the two would be fun? Read Darths and Droids, and discover the line "Jar Jar, you're a genius".

These, in the day when heaven was falling,
The hour when earth's foundations fled,
Followed their mercenary calling
And took their wages and are dead.

Okay. Post them here, or pm them to you?

Do you want an overview of our characters personality, bio, a picture, our description etc? Or should we just choose a character sheet to send you ourselves.

Oh man. I only have 3 hitpoints for a level 1 wizard. lol.

bluenose: I'll send you the character sheet after I fine-tuned it a bit more. I'm not sure I feel safe walking around with 3hp. lol.

haha. If I choose my only feat as Toughness, I'll have 6 hp which is double for me.

At this point I'm not sure if I'm picking the correct stats and points for my character's survival. I know I have 17 for intelligience so far and if I want 18, I have to survive on quite a few '8' for my other attributes. Does that matter?

@bluenose:
Do you want me to copy the character sheet here or PM you?

That's what I was wondering. And if he wanted them in a specific format.

If you can PM me your character sheets that's what I'd prefer. The format really doesn't matter much, I should be able to read it. For now, I don't need any more information about your characters such as descriptions. I'm hoping we'll get a sub-forum to post in fairly soon, so it's probably best to keep things for that.

It's West and slightly South. Not all the maps I've seen label it, and some seem to merge it into the Kryptgarden forest. From Waterdeep you'd head North to the closest range of mountains, which aren't always labelled but are the sword Mountains. There's a forest inland of these. Where the mountains swing inland there's a gap in the range. The forest inland of the northern section is the Kryptgarden, and the Westwood is inland of the southern bit. Barnolsdwick is on the Northern edge of the Westwood.

edit: Here is a link to a map which does have it http://www.fictional...Realms/maps.htm

8 for Strength will only hurt your carrying capacity unless you're planning to get into fights at close quarters (not a good idea), 8 in Wisdom reduces your Will saving throws but a wizard has a good Will save anyway and an Elf has bonuses against some, 8 in Charisma makes little difference to a wizard. I'd put 6 points into both Dexterity (bonuses to AC, Reflex saves, missile attacks, and Initiative) and Constitution (more HPs, better Fortitude saves, better Concentration skill) which after you add your elf bonuses/penalties gives you 16 Dex and 12 Con and 5hp at first level. That leaves you 16 points which could all go into Int for an 18, or stick with 17 and put your last three points into Wisdom, Charisma, or Strength. Toughness might still be a good feat (8hp for a 1st level wizard) but in the long run a higher Con will be better.

I've got the same problem as Ronin, the FE College I work at started back this week so I'm pretty busy, but I should be able to send out background information about the setting before the weekend. If I can get the time together it'll be a PDF, otherwise probably RTF or perhaps HTML if people prefer?
