the pb is , when u gain the rank of captain (right after completed the spy quest) , u got ur stuff back but any character which have an unremovable item, doesn't have it back.

when u become a recruit in the militia of Soubar; all ur belonging are stored in a bag (so far no pb)

yep, that's correct. SoS codes in quite a few unremovable items and returns them - Immy's brcelet is one i remember - but NPCa made after SoS which have unremovable items will find their items dont get returned (Saerileth springs to mind).
it would be worth forwarding a list of unreturned items onto KD, as the script that returns yr items manually checks for NPCs with listed unremovable items and returns them as well, but the list it checks for is known to be substantially out of date.

Imoen doesn't have her belt after the Asylum (well that happened to me)
unremovable item not given back (those from my party members)
-Edwin's Amullet -> MISC89
-Abyssina's Necklace (Valygar necklace) -> VALNECK1
well i edited my savegame with SK to get them back.

Immy is supposed to lose her belt - it's purpose is to make sure she's (pretty much) unkillable whilst yr in Chateau Irenicus. (the bracelet is added by the Immy Romance).
Edwin;s ring should get returned, yep. Valygar's necklace is added by TS - it gets returned in BP, but obviously not in SoS-weidu.

Nalia ring aswell (couldn't confirm , not in my party, but she has an unremovable ring)

It's very frustrating, to be honest.
Playing through SoS for the first time, I find guard-career quests rather interesting and original, but this whole inventory-taking thing is not done very good... After getting promoted to captain, turns out I lost 4-6 unremovable items (I don't even remember what my party had because I don't have any older saves).
