Note : i searched through the forum first for some clues. (some bugs have been already reported in others threads , but i try to make a big list of still existing ones) . Those bugs are still present in the 1.6 version with fix1

Quests :
Help the Cowled Wizard / Help Melynda : seems still bugged :
If u speak to the cowled before to talk to Melynda, she couldn't be found later
i reload a previous saved game, where i didn't talk to the cowled wizard , and she 's in the kitchen of the copper coronet, with a later saved game (with the quest started) there's nowhere to find her. If i CLUA her , she vanishes as soon as she appears :(. As i understood the quest there's only one way to finish the quest and u need to talk to the correct NPCs in a proper order otherwise the quest is broken ? (if i'm correct , that's not fun at all, or i miss a piece of the puzzle)

Holly the Elf : despite the fact i'm lawfull neutral , she can't be located in the Temple of Helm (AR0901) :

Holly is really located in the temple of Helm , but i don't know why the npc is not there ...
CLUAed her seems triggering the quest properly (ressource name : CB901SCK)

Academy of Kuldin (spoilers inside), some bugs still alive and has been "Golemified"
All bugbears, harpies become golems ...yikes, more oddity (not clue if intented, but really weird) : some traps are broken (could detrap them , but they remain present and invisible) , almost impossible to rest (with golems :wacko: ) => insane (should be for mid lvl adventurers , but with 8 iron golems spawing while u rest i have some doubt :P ). I believe it's the academy which is bugged, i tried to slept outside and harpies didn't turn into golems, although they are passive (they don't attack, even if they are spoted as enemies)

- AR3545 = Animated Crossbows untargetable, no illusion used, can use only aoe spells (and even they are heavy magic resistant)
- Some "empty" icons as random treasure , annoying bz they can't be removed from ur inventory (across the whole academy)
- The wind at the roof of the Academy (AR3559 & AR3560) deals a bit too much damage. (it can stun a golem)
- AR3551 = Western door : can't pass this one even if opened, Eastern door : can't detrap this one (trap non detected even with 145 in find trap)
bugged item in western room in a chest : letter with nothing written on it (wonder if really bugged)

notes & tips : i used the golem construct to bypass the warded doors (can be assembled in the planar sphere) or removing something from ur inventory (no clue what, but since the construct as no item it can bypass the doors), i used the improved spider figurine (tx items upgrade :) ) for killing golems (actually 13k of xp per golem seems wayyyy too much) & need to CLUA my party in a safe area to rest (it's insane otherwise). I managed to avoid my party to be splitted (i simply used the spider figurine on the trap which splits ur party)
