CHLOEROMANCEACTIVECR=1 (as it should be)
After going to Garren Windspear to cash in my experience (with Chloe leveling up to Level 11) and then going to the Docks district, the CHLOEROMANCEACTIVECR=1 changes to =3, which means "Romance is dead-shot-to-pieces", which makes the purple squiggles of sad descend upon me (do not ask what those are, let they feast on you too)
First, I thought it might be either my Charisma or my Intelligence score (which was 12/12, as my main is an 18/87, 18, 18, 12, 12, 12 Fighter (no cheated scores, just 20+ minutes of rolling and rolling and rolling)) but after some screwing around with the shadowkeeper (testing all mixtures of cha/int from 12/12 up to 18/18), it still goes to CHLOEROMANCEACTIVECR=3 (which is bad. for my sanity.)
As for the mods in the order I installed them:
Chloe, Kelsey, ItemUpgrade, Solaufein, QuestPack, BanterPack
Are the Chloe-Kelsey romances interfering ? (I tested it right now, after a Keldorn-Chloe banter I got a Kelsey Talk, and saving after this & checking CHLOEROMANCEACTIVECR yielded =3)
Following, all chloe-variables ShadowKeeper gives me (yes, I'm cheap, but desperation leads me to using SK :/) AFTER that Kelsey-talk (which resulted in me losing all flirtoptions with Chloe, which I guess is romance=3)
CHLOEGTKUCR=-1
CHLOEGTKUWHENCAMPINGCR=2
CHLOEINTEREST=13
CHLOEMILDFLIRTSCR=1
CHLOENORMALCR=2
CHLOEQUESTIONSCR=15
CHLOEROMANCEACTIVECR=3 <---- :'(
CHLOEROMANTICCR=1
CHLOVETALKSCR=7
CHLOVETALKSTIMERCR=4095839 (lots of time, I guess)
These are the ones from BEFORE that talk:
CHLOEGTKUCR=-1
CHLOEGTKUWHENCAMPINGCR=2
CHLOEINTEREST=13
CHLOEMILDFLIRTSCR=1
CHLOENORMALCR=2
CHLOEQUESTIONSCR=15
CHLOEROMANCEACTIVECR=1 <----
CHLOEROMANTICCR=1
CHLOVETALKSCR=7
CHLOVETALKSTIMERCR=4095839 (Ironically, the same timer, even though I rested inbetween and let about 15 minutes or so of real time pass (in pause-mode, as I had to do some things in my real life))
Why, oh why does this torment me so :/

If the Kesley romance hits 2 even for a moment, the script turns off all other romances, so that may be what happened. I dunno.
You know... when you said "Chloe-Kelsey romances", I became worried that someone had created a romance between those two npcs... I was most displeased by this thought... then I realized what you were saying, so I had to call off the hits.

as another afterthought...the subtle changes to FR setting brought upon by the historical facts in the mod....*giggles*...as it is it would slightly alter the indirect linguistic meaning of either:
- adjective 'Waterdhavian' - which i doubt will be something the population of said city inc. Archmage Blackstaff will be proud of and write in tourist guides.
or
composite term 'Celestial ways' (usually said with a grin/facial expression of mock innocence and hands clasped as in prayer) - which, taking into account that gods and planars actively take part in events on Abeir-Toril, might be slightly dangerous or otherwise harmful. In the sense i would find even the constant everyday looking over my shoulder for possible archon manifestation every time i pronounce these words a bit nerve-wracking.
it's not a real issue...just i enjoyed the mental picture and thought it might be sweet to share
love,
Shar

Eh? I don't follow you.
It has to do with Chloe's favourite poetry book and it's cultural impact - modelled on its Earth analogue

Oh... I think I follow you now. Ok. Well, the Waterhavian part but not the Celestial Ways part, but no matter.
Oh wait, scratch that... now I get it. *grumbles about stuff she wrote years ago not being fresh in her memory*
