Do we still need this ftp://iegmc.mirror.intermedia.com.sg/pub/iegmc/bp-bgt-ctb/ ?

As I understand Yacomo map already have nesessary fix so these files have no value not for WeiDu version nor for non-WeiDu.

You need them if you are playing the older BGT-BP with or w/o NeJ. These fix the areas that conflict between CtB and BGT. BGT-Weidu has this fixed so there is no conflict. BGT-BP does not have this fix.
