I suspect I'm just goddamn stupid--the mod's been working for everyone else thus far-- but what, precisely, do you do after you unzip Taisha? If I simply drag everything into my BGII folder, the Setup-Taisha can;t find the .tp2 tile. If I create a folder named "Taisha" and stuff everything in there, well, Setup STILL can;t find .tp2 either. Same goes for having two copies, both in and out the folder, and trying to run both.
Help?

Be sure you uncompress/expand/whatever the following files (which are contained within the main Tashia file you downloaded) into your BGII folder:
ReadMe.txt
Setup-Tashia.exe
Setup-Tashia.tp2
Tashia {a folder}
Simply double-click 'Setup-Tashia.exe' and that will run thru the install process.
You're new to BG mod-gaming, yes?
BTW this is the exact same procedure to follow when installing any WeiDU mods.

Um... well...
See, there isn't the folder there. There's all the other files down here, but no single "Taisha" folder. I do, however, see half a million other scattered files.

Looks like you extracted the archive without keeping the directory structure. You need to preserve the directory structure of the archive when you extract it then you will have the 3 files and a folder. What is happening is that the setup-tashia.exe is looking for a folder called tashia and cant find it.

Encountered a problem loading Tashia that may or may not be related to the mod or simply the number of mods I'm loading. I get a dialog.tlk file too big error when I run setup and it aborts.

You're using an old version of WeiDU. Go to www.weidu.org and download WeiDU. Then take the file from that archive called WeiDU.exe, rename it Setup-Tashia.exe and copy it over the already existing Setup-Tashia.exe. Then rerun.
