Well I was thinking about it.. and really the only thing that separates BGT and Tutu is the fact that BGT has a transition, so maybe it should be a manditory component. If people don't like the transition material they can just go play Tutu.

BGT-WeiDU doesn't have gem bags. What BGT mod adds it? It must reference the same STO file as a BG2 bag.

Not sure, I can't remember where I got it. Could of be DSC, NTS, or and/or Bonehill.


EDIT: Just downloaded 214mb Bonehill 2.1 and it only took like 10 minutes, this america mirror is so great!!! :lol: :lol: :cheers:

Well, what I mean is that CONTINUITY will be removed, but no TRANSITION. That means BG1 will still link to BG2 without import/export requirement, but you will never get a BG1 Imoen/Edwin/Minsc/Jaheira, etc.

The continuity stuff is dearly annoying. I know many people are unhappy about consistency and such. So I propose this because BGT-WeiDU doesn't want to 'go out of its way', as was stated before: shall I REMOVE continuity altogether?

Well, what I mean is that CONTINUITY will be removed, but no TRANSITION. That means BG1 will still link to BG2 without import/export requirement, but you will never get a BG1 Imoen/Edwin/Minsc/Jaheira, etc.

I do too but I also like the transition and did you perhaps miss the "wink" from Ascension64 ?

Yes. Lazarus sells BAG02 which is a gem bag. He also sells a scroll and potion bag. Perk sells a ammo bag. Sounds like I need to rename these so players can't reuse them later in the game. We wouldn't want anyone to stash items in these bags before transitioning and therefore keeping all their DS/NT goodies in SoA? Of course not.

Tired of Bhaal? Try some classics mods instead:

There should/needs to be some way to keep or get back your DS/NT goodies. Have Fender the Fence tell the party who he sold the stuff to so they can go get it back. Could be some cool adventures!

Ok found something else thats wierd, I have no idea what mod causes this.
AR3578, this the area with Kangaxx's tomb. In the southern part of it there are 2 stairways down. One of them takes you to AR3580 which seems to be a replica of the last floor the durlags tower. The other one takes you to AR3579 which is a replica of the demon knights room in durlags tower. The knight himself is there and has the same dialogue as he did before.

BGT-WeiDU does not use AR34** as a prefix. Just checked this, it is a CtB thing. I imagine this is very 'imaginative' of CB to include the same Durlag's Tower sequence in the mod.
