I'm not a paintshop pro ( ) but surely taking hair off is easier than changing or putting more on, i guess, but anyway i'm not fussy any character you've not done would be okay. like i said female fighters would best suit shaved heads its practical and sends out a clear message they mean business and have style.
I have baldurs goth installed everytime a seriously cool mod well done, immy looks great so i'm just thinking of ones you haven't done yet and as you asked here's my request list:

Shar-Teel with shaved hair and serious piercings...bald, gothy and sexy
Chloe real short hair/skin head
Sime is almost goth leave the tatts on her face just remove the left half of her hair down to scalp and leave the right side coloured black, she'd look great, half long black/half shaved.
Tashia needs to be bald with a few piercings
Selence and Charlotte are crying out for a goth make over selence needs a black bob cut and charlie inverted bob black of course

Like i said beyond suggestions can't help much but do with these ideas what you want
