The existing install supposedly checks for the ## of Songs - that was addition by Neb. I never get to looking at how exactly it works.
Freedom cannot be equated with goodness, virtue, or perfection. Freedom has its own unique self-contained nature; freedom is freedom ? not universal goodness. Any confusion or deliberate equalization of freedom with goodness and excellence is in itself negation of freedom, and acceptance of the path of restraint and enforcement.

I CAN PLAY ALMOST ALL GAMES WITH MY GEFORCE2 MX 400 AND GET MORE THAN 20 FPS

BUT THIS GAMES ENDS VERY FAST WHEN YOU PLAY 12 - 16 HOURS A DAY SO WHEN YOU HAVE NOTHING TO DO (NO HACK NO C++ NO GAMES ) YOU GO BACK TO YOUR BG.

YEs - there are too many music pieces in your game. You will need to uninstall some of the mods to install LR properly.

I have the exact same problem. Game runs fine as long as I do not install longer road. I have tried many other combos but all fail. It actually took me awhile to find that the chsound error source was longer road. My plan now is to play the game without it and after finishing go back and replay with longer road and without sos and tdd which are probably the files that add the most music files . If the author of longer road has any other suggestions please let me know. Thanks in advandce and keep up the good work

Well, editing the tra file so that music never gets installed might help... I can try to dig out my old notes, but yes - best solution is to remove the Big Modules once you reach ToB leaving Ascension and ToB only ones.
