Is there an order of install that Mazzy fits best in?

I am doing a global install and would like to get the best order possible..

I wouldn't recommend using MtP right now (it's somewhat empty of contents); however, it has no real ordering necessity (suggested to be installed before the mods that require to be installed near the end, but no mod-specific requirements).
