okay i know this is a BP releated forum so go ahead shoot me, i still need answers and one forums as good as another especially when VLAD's site is no longer open for business.

I tried installing the latest version of NEJ on its own no other mods and this happens:

error:failure("resource(sime.dlg not found for 'APPEND'")
PLEASE email the file SETUP - NEJ2. DEBUG TO vLAD

i thought maybe corrupted download so did it again and i know its totally unecessary but did a fresh BG install for good measure still the same error. why is there a sime.dlg and i did'nt know she was in this, i thought she stars in TS. Am i the only one or is wizards mirror version corrupted. I can't see why this is happening.

Yes Vlad's site is over at http://forums.blackwyrmlair.net/

Just click on NEJ forum and post what you did there. It should install easily if your talking about the latest one NEJ2 v4.2b. I have done it with out any problem.
You must have SOA & TOB then Patch then Baldurdash. NEJ should install easily after that then apply the NEJ latest patch.

Thanks for quick reply i've been sat here wondering what to do next, anyway did'nt have baldurdash installed so did that but same errors think i'll take a look at vlads site see what he has to say about it

Also wanted to make the note here that you need to use Baldurdash 112 and not I repeat do not use Baldurdash--Weidu 1.4. The latest NEJ does not at the moment work with that one.

okay deep breath calmed down now, thanks for the advice mate , should be able to finally find out what all the NEJ2 fuss is about

There has been a sticky for at least a month regarding weidu baldurdash right here.

btw the forum is up and running. Why not post there?

edit: When nej2v4.2b was first released the tp2 was buggy and it could not be installed. This was fixed a day or two after the initial release. It is possible you have the buggy version. Try downloading from blackwyrm.
