Well, I guess there is no harm in asking: Couldn't someone make a g3 tututweaks compatible with BGT-weidu? If CamDawg doesnt mind, of course. There are some must have options there, so it would be nice.

Most of the Tweaks should already work--the majority are built to work universally. Are there any in particular you'd like to verify and/or change for BGT/WeiDU?

Just the few that are bg1 gameplay specific, like: Reveal maps, add containers, exotic items, items stack, npc class alterations, etc..
The "Breakable Nonmagical Armor, Helms, and Shields" component would be a nice solution to the equipament shattering discussion, but that's up to Ascension.

There's no need to "exotic items" as there are some ninja-to, katana and mostly Scimitars in the game...however even TutuTweaks don't give some fine magical katanas (I found 1 katana+1..and 1 cursed katana+2...)...Add containers could be a TWEAK option in the next revision of BGT...so might be STACKS and NPC class evaluate (This is really good one...some mod gave opportunity to mess with creature class by using special item...maybe Class Evaluate could be bring into game by some Dialog with some Trainer?)

Bardez had revealed maps in the original BGT as well as adding a lot of exotic items--has this changed in the WeiDUization process? The item stacking should already work, so I guess the only thing we'd need to adjust are the containers and the NPC alterations.

Reveal maps were removed for BGT-WeiDU, so were the exotic items (except Semaj's cloak and Helm of Sarevok, although the latter is now undroppable because the movie of Sarevok's death shows the helm disintegrating entirely).

Don't forget who it was that made the last attempt at making a friendly BGT installer, after all. :) TBH, all I really need for most of these are the adjusted item/script/store filenames.

As an aside, progress continues. The is was originally going to be Mod #9 for the Anniversary celebration, but time ran out. After some thought, I've decided that a separate BGT Tweak would be a colossal waste of everyone's time--I'm going to modify the next version of Tutu Tweaks so that all components will run on both BGT and Tutu.

It has been so far. Only a few components need changing, and it's usually only a 'WTF is this file called in BGT?' issue. :)

If you have a copy of BGT-WeiDU then the Developer's Documentation should have a section on the files that have been renamed. Otherwise it would just be a matter of getting rid of the lovely underscores, and for 8-character length filenames, replacing them with the correct letter/symbol instead.

Just out of curiosity, what are the components of the current Tutu Tweak?

I used the normal G3 tweaks pack, was that wrong? I have the scimitars and other weapons not normally in BG1. Should I have used the tutu tweak pack?

Scimitars and katanas are in BGT...ninja-to also...Even the magic one (uhm, maybe without katanas)
Tutu tweak pack shouldn't work with BGT..the item naming and area naming are different...
Using G3 TP is nothing wrong...ofcourse as long as u don't install worldmap fixes or something that could mess up.
