Indeed it is! It's without a doubt the one closest to release of all mods I'm currently working on. 
Shed's done a lot of work on it lately lately, and basically, all that remains to do is for me to clean up the mess he's managed to create.
Give it a couple of weeks, and it'll be out in the open.
