What must I do to stop temporarily all the romances ? I suppose there are variables to modify ?

To kill a romance SetGlobal("***RomanceActive","GLOBAL",3) and then to reactivate SetGlobal("***RomanceActive","GLOBAL",X) where *** is the name of the NPC, and X is 1 or 2 depending how far through the romance you are.

BanterBlockTime and BanterBlockFlag might help too.
BanterBlockTime blocks the banters for some time
BanterBlockFlag(TRUE) blocks banters
BanterBlockFlag(FALSE) enables banters
Sadly i don't know if these are saved in the game (most likely not).

And also bear in mind that they probably won't block banters triggered by JC's banter accelerator as that doesn't use the banter engine.
