It was a (now solved) problem with PHP, according to SC.

Yeah, I got it as well. Host was updating Apache, php and MySQL to new versions.

I wasnt trying to up my post count SConrad said we should post here when we get those errors so that he can figure out when and why its happening.

On another subject, since the forum upgrade I no longer have the button for "code" when I create, edit or reply to a topic. I noticed that some people still do The Bigg for example used it yesterday in the refinements thread. Is the code button only for modders or admins?

Uh, it should be there for everyone, and even if it isn't, you should be able to use the tags and it will still get parsed as code.

That G3 mod news mirror seems just a smidge out of date.

That's a problem with the G3 RSS feed, so I can't really do anything about it (other than tell Cam about it, which I have).

Well, let's see... nothing changed in the feed and it continues to validate. Strangely enough, SHS upgraded their forum software and the feed import, since that upgrade, stopped working.

So yeah, I'll get right on that.

Most probably, the forum after the upgrade didn't like the slight error there used to be in the feed (remember we talked about it?), and that was somehow still cached. I removed the feed and added it again, and it seems to be okay.

IPB definitely changed their XML parsing, though, because that was in the old items and not the new ones (i.e. 2.1.3 had no issues with it). I had fixed that last month after I brought this to your attention.

Yeah, I remember you did that, but it was still cached or somthing similar in the software here. Removing and adding the feed apparently worked.
