Stivan is a chaotic neutral halfling, class Fighter Thief; you'll find him in the Bridge District, hunting his worst enemy: seagulls. Will he be your friend, or your soldier? Will you restore his sanity, or will he forever attack innocent seagulls?
With such premises, how can this be just another NPC?
Sadly, external events forced me to leave alone this mod when only two banters were coded; however, if you are interested in writing for him, or simply don't want to roll a F/T, then download him and test the shortest NPC ever!
