In the download link thread, there are seemingly two different versions I can download: V1.0 and V1-1.0, both listed as "newest version". Is there a difference between these files?

No. But you should download this instead of both.
Definatley the best version. Has his "true" kit and all.
Now if only ToykoBob will contact us, so I can get Conrad to resume work on this mod.

That link for the newest Hubelpot version isn't pulling up anything. Is it out of date now?
