Darkreaper, are you asking about the ToB part that is being worked on or the SoA version here? If it's the ToB version, no, it's not dead at all. We're slowly working out plot bunnies and banters. we're just not doing it on the FW's forums. I started the "What do you want to see in Chloe ToB" thread to see if i could get some feedback on what other peoples ideas were and possibly use them as springboards.
Now if you were asking about the SoA version by Chloe, I think I can safely say that it's not dead, just on hiatus with Lucy's RL concerns taking precedence at this time over new updates. (Lucy, that would be your cue to correct me if I'm wrong...)

Well I had some fixes ready and I had been waiting on a translation to add to it... at the time, the German translation was finished and was in proof-reading/fine-tuning mode, but Chloé_Watermeade seems to have disappeared so I haven't received it yet. The French translation is apparently in proof-reading stage... a long time ago I was told "we're doing a Spanish translation" but I never heard another word about it. And... in all this time, I seem to have lost the log I was keeping of fixes I had put in since version 1.2 came out... I know the weapons were updated and I know a few other minor fixes and dialogue corrections were made, but I can't find text copy of the changes... plus, I can't find the paper I had written down the login information to upload the updated version of the Chloe install file... or the login information for the Chloe website... *sigh* There was also a fix on the Polish translation that I can't remember if I had added already to the version 1.3 yet or not... *another sigh*

LOL !

That's why it's usually adviced to release often, even if there are some bugs left !
You could also use some decent ftp software with bookmarks so you don't have to remember all these logins !
If all you need is some web space for the next release, there are plenty everywhere...
But a mail to the admin of the chloe web server should give you the lost login !

Good luck !
