Darkhollow, Dagger
Requires: Neb's Nasty Cutter, 2x Scroll of Protection from Poison, 5x Asp's Nest, 2x Scroll of Power Word Silence, 25 000gp
Darkhollow +4
This dagger radiates evil so that paladins and priests of Light give the wielder of this dagger odd looks when they pass by... they fear the person with this blade. The dagger used in creation of this one was owned by the notorious Neb the Childkiller, who met an unfortunate end when crossing blades with a too powerful opponent. This dagger is the perfect assassin's tool, protecting from the poisons of rivals and poisoning and silencing victims when it hits them, no need for them to try crying for help. Only a very evil person could use this damned blade, its dark, hollow air repulses everyone else too much to touch it for long.
STATISTICS:
Combat Abilities:
Target suffers 3 poison damage per second for 10 seconds
Target is under the effects of silence for 3 minutes
Special Abilities:
Immunity to Poison when equipped
Cursed: Due to the nature of this blade charisma is reduced by 4
THACO: +4 bonus
Damage: 1D4 + 4
Damage Type: Piercing
Weight: 2
Speed Factor: 0
Proficiency Type: Dagger
Type: 1-handed
Only Usable by:
Evil-Aligned Characters

There already is an upgrade for Neb's Nasty Cutter, which has even cooler abilities...
Anyhow, do you guys have any suggestions for Good\ Neutral\ Evil\ Lawful\ Chaotic items?

Mercykiller Full Plate +3, Full Plate Mail Armor
Requires: Doomplate +3, Red Dragon Scales, 2x Scroll of Protection from Fire, 2x Scroll of Protection from Petrify, Ring of Free Action, 30 000gp
Mercykiller Full Plate +3
This full plate was created using a Mercykiller design, reinforced with red dragon scales and powered with spells of resistance and freedom. This armor is based on Lukrash the Warden's armor which he wore when he came to Faerūn seeking a planewalker tiefling who had stolen from the wrong person in the planar city of Sigil. Needless to say, the tiefling was taken back by the Mercykiller Warden, his armor proving better than the tiefling's magic and blade. How Ruad came to know all this, and how he knows what the armor looked like, you can only wonder. And as with all armors adorned with dragon scales, dragons don't see the wearer in very friendly light.
STATISTICS:
Armor Class: -2
Bonuses: +100% Fire Resistance
Special: Free Action
Weight: 50
Requires: 15 Strenght
Only Usable by:
Paladin

Bloody Axe of Chaos, 2-handed axe
Requires: Frostreaver Battle Axe +3, Stonefire Battle Axe +3, 2x Scroll of Sphere of Chaos, 30 000gp
Bloody Axe of Chaos +5
This enormous axe is chaotic in nature, causing enemies surprises and grief to no end. The creation of this axe required that the battle axes Stonefire and Frostreaver to be melted and forged into one deadly, giant axe of chaos. The axe's abilities can give the enemy something else to worry about besides the fact that it can severe body parts with ease, it is always possible that the mightiest of giant is turned into a tiny squirrel or that the deadly assassin is turned into dust as he never existed.
STATISTICS:
Special: 15% Chance that Sphere of Chaos is cast with each hit
All enemies within the area of effect must make a save vs. spells every round that they remain in the sphere, and if the save is failed one of the following random effects occurs: polymorphed into a squirrel, confused, burst into flames, paralyzed, disintegrated, healed 20 hit points, randomly teleported, rendered unconscious or hasted.

Well, alternatives are always good, yes? Anyways, here's something more:
:thumb:
Mercykiller Full Plate +3
Added, though it hardly seems fitting for a CN char.
Bloody Axe of Chaos +5
Added. But I would personally prefer it as +4 since you can't normally get +4 or better before the underdark, and +3 is plain useless later on.

Oops, my mistake, exclude chaotic and evil alignments, please! Please do change it. And I think that the axe is better off +5 as there are so many powerful items already. Otherwise it would hardly be useful to use.Mercykiller Full Plate +3
Added, though it hardly seems fitting for a CN char.
Edit: Changed item description to exclude the chaotic alignments too.

The Crystal Scimitar +5
Done, IF - it requires the Harper Pin (not consumed).
Do you, or anyone else have suggestions for low(er) power recipes (+1\2\3) ?
Oh, and an item of my own devising:
The Inevitable Prick:
Gone are the days when people laughted at your pointy stick !
Tapping into your Wild Godling blood, the already sharp Impaler is now extra pointy.
By using the tiny Pixie Prick to carve a large Diamond into a finely honed tip, Ruad has provided you with the sharpest edge in the realms!
The shaft was empowered by the Rod of Thunder and Lightning, granting it the ability to spout energy at your foes, the focus of this power is the razored ebon tip.
Since it consumed the Pixie Prick (along with lots of diamonds) in the process of its creation, you chose to name the new weapon after the late Pixie Prick.
Seeing as this prick is slightly larger, "Pixie" somehow didn't fit...
(Requirments: 27 Diamond(s), Pixie Prick, Rod of Thunder and Lightning, Starfall Ore, Silver Blade, PC is Half-Orc OR Druid, 80,000 Gold).
The Prick +6:
Thac0 +6, Damage +6.
Powers:
Eternal Edge - +16 Piercing damage per hit.
Surge - +1d60 Electricity damage (no save) (1% per hit).
Heavenly Discharge - Lightning Bolt(6D6) + Chain Lightning (4D6) - once per day.
70% res. to electricty while equipped.

Aerie Faerie Wings.
Ruad stared making Faerie Wings as a very profitable side line - very popular with small children and Noble women around the time of the Council's Masked Ball. Moved by Aerie's plight he comes up with these. Not very useful but very, very pretty.
(Aerie: Haer'Dalis...umm..do you like my wings?
Haer'Dalis: Ahhh my scrumptious little dove, in very dim light, if I squint a lot, after drinking a keg of Baalor's, I can imagine you flying through the heavens.
Aerie: Oooo look the jewels make pretty colours in the light.)
Cloak of Protection +1
Golden Pantaloons
Lots of Jewels (5 Diamonds, 5 Emeralds, 5 Pearls etc)
Scroll of Teleport
5000 gold.
The Wings do bugger all really, except make Aerie happy. Ac +1, Once a day can cast teleport (The flying you do when you don't)
PS Love the Prick. But I think it should have a sheath. Safety First.

2 methods:Oopsy! Scratch that component then (or make it so that it doesn't disappear!)How do you propose to keep the Air Elemental Statue ? (It disappears when you open the strange portal. )
1. someone sells an identical statuette
2. turn the 'key removed' bit off in the door.
3. when opening the key, create an identical item somewhere else
It is unrealistic that Irenicus needed a new figurine every time he opened that door.
The 'key removal' stuff is almost always just for removing an item not needed anymore (out of game reason).

Remove Curse SCRL5G
Description:
Like a vulture awaiting your demise, this grey stone lazily circles around your head.
If you didn't know otherwise, you would've thought this was a regular grey ioun stone, a mere bauble.
And indeed it looks it, until you put it on. From that point on, it will never cease leeching your body and mind like some foul parasite...
But it does have its uses: The overpowering curse placed on the stone flares up and deflects foreign magic from itself, thus granting you some manner of protection from the supernatural.
Once per day, when you touch the runes carefully carved into the surface, you may direct a wave of force at your foes, effectivly stripping them of magic and ravaging their connection with it.
Whether to don this jewel is a difficult decision - once set above your head it will circle, and barring divine intervention it won't ever come off.
In order to protect itself, the curse deflects any attempt at removal aimed at the bearer.
Be warned, any other cursed items also share this protection!
Effect:
Cursed.
Immunity to Remove Curse.
40% MR.
-4 to all stats.
Once per day: Cursestrike (as Spellstrike, except: target gets 40% spell failure for 4 rounds, (no save)(no MR).
