Still modding the Mod for the Wicked... It is a big project you know... And I got sidetracked (several times) a bit... sorry.

I remember someone tried to port her animation though I don't think much came of it.

Actually it is Fall-from-Grace.
And it has been mentioned before but the general thought is that PS:T NPCs won't work outside of PS:T.

What happened to that Annah NPC idea that was going on for a while? that seemed really good. Actually, almost any NPC from PS:T would be rather interesting/amusing in BG...

Apart from weapons Morte is probably the easiest to simulate...could use the Demi-lich animation or of course Dakkon (an elf wouldn't look much different).
Annah without the tail would be pointless...

What I would absolutely crack up seeing is an animation of Modron. 
Edit: actually, I just found a website that is a download of a PS:T screensaver, where the guy who made it used Infinity Explorer to extract the quotes and animations from the game. The link's here.
