I like KotOR very much, for me, it's one of the best CRPGS, but I can't help wondering, even NWN, which sucked, at least offered me some gaming time, whereas KotORI and II only took me 24 hours each to complete in the first try.

And I read ALL dialogue, and normally I use more time to finish a game that others, but 24 gaming hours seems a little low.

Did you use apporximately the same time finishing them the first time, or have I found the one game I can ace?

I was on 32 game hours when I finished - although it took me almost 2 months from when I got the game.
Forward he cried from the rear
And the front rank died
And the general sat and the lines on the map
Moved from side to side.

'round 60 hours... I know, I know, I'm a use-every-option type, but who cares... :P

I'm on around 28 hours for my first game and then subsequently shorter. My last game was around 16 hours with some skipped quests.

I stop playing every time it crashes to dekstop/my computer. So I'm still going .

I finished Kotor 1 and 2 in 18 hours, realised later that I did miss a few quests. In my first game of Kotor 2, I missed some elements like influence and I didn't turn all my teammate into jedi.

I had to play Kotor 2 like 3 more time to see all the movies and finish all the sidequest. Also switching gender was necessary to get all the NPC's.

I figured out how to make my own items, so the third runthrough was still enjoyable
After an eternity away from you all, I've returned.

For me, it was around 30 hours for Kotor2. That is mostly because I'm a true roleplayer type, and I even reload battles again and again after I won them, just to have a more spectacular scene...

You will. Especially if you try it on Hard (or Insane, but that one is truly nasty) settings. Remember, these settings (Easy, Moderate, Hard, Insane) are all sub-cathegories of the HARD setting, which means that even the Easy option will increase the HPs, saves, attacks and defense of opponents compared to the original game setting. I play on moderate right now, and I get the feeling that the game should have been released on this difficulty from the start - while it is still "realistic" (enemy soldiers do not run around with 500 HPs), but the bosses became way more believeable (for example Sion has 391 HPs when you first battle him on Korriban instead of the original 200 or so - and the same goes for his other attributes as well).
And of course these changes in the opponent's difficulty depends on the PC's level - meaning the opponents get tougher when you level up.

Works nice for me.

I didnt really look at the gaming hours but i know how long it took me in ordinary time. In ordinary time it took me about 20 hours. that is playing for 2 days, about 10 hours a day.

For my second walkthrough it was nearly 50 hours. I was much more thorough this time. :D
