All right. I don't know if someone has brought this up already and I'm a putz for not having seen it, but I'm having trouble "talking" to people. I'm in Candlekeep doing chores, and I'm having to quicksave and reload constantly because when I try to click on people, I keep getting the "appears to be busy, can't talk to them" message. It's worst with Imoen, who is currently stuck between the wagon and Candlekeep Inn.
Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong?

I have the same problem and I have also installed the Throne of Bhall patch ..

Thought the patch came with CtB?
In any case, yes, I do have BGII-ThroneofBhaal_Patch_26498 installed. I make a point of patching before I add any mods at all.
