Welll we can start by looking at the title of this board:
Yikari NPC (and Shed's mods)
I think that last little bit explains why I would ask on a board called "Shed's Mods" for Shed to make a new mod.
As for the who/what/why, anything really Shed. You made some rather nice stuff for BG2, so I would like to see what you would throw together for one.
