I am trying to find out the age of the characters of KOTOR for a fanfiction but the only one I can seem to find is Carth's, who is said to be 38. I am also gonna take a guess and say that MIssion is 14 but as for the others, I have no clue.
Does anyone know or have a general idea?

Zalbaar= 50 (could be younger)

Mission says in-game that she's fourteen years old. T3 can't be more then a couple of months old at the most.
I've also heard that Carth is 38, but I'm not sure where that is said.
We know from K2 that HK was about five or six during K1.
We know Jolee was alive and married during the Exar Kun wars, which were--as I understand it--40 years before K1; I'd guess he's somewhere in his sixties or early seventies.
Canderous says he's been fighting for 40 years; it's anyone's guess when he saw his first battle. I don't know much about Mandalorian culture, so taking a wild guess I'd say he's probably somewhere in his early or mid fifties; it makes sense to me that Mandalorians would want to expose their children to battle early on.
Zaalbar left Kashyyyk 20 years before K1, and AFAIK that's all we know about his age.
Bastila is pretty young, probably anywhere from 20-25. I favor 22, but that's just my estimate.
No idea for Juhani, but she's got to be pretty young. She was definitely older then the norm when she was accepted into the Jedi Order, but she had to have been young enough they would have thought there was still hope she could be successfully trained. So my guess, based on that, would be 19 or 20, maybe 21.

It says that Carth is 38 on the official website . The only other one I know is Canderous, I remember reading on one of the Kotor forums that mandeloreans start fighting at 15; 15 + 40 would make Canderous 55.

What age do you all think Revan is then. I favor the 27-29ish range myself. Though he/she could be younger or older.

T3 is definitely only a few months old. Mission is 14, that's stated in the game and Carth's 38, pretty much what Athena said.
I think Revan can be anywhere in the mid twenties range to thirties. She(He)'s afterall a jedi knight, isn't there an age range where the Jedi Order grants the Jedi Knight title?

yeah, a thirty-year-old prissy princess jedi knight.
Somebody's been skipping maturity school I say. B) Don't mind me, I just don't quite like Bastila.

Bastila was annoying. KotOR 3 must be made with the ability to smash her head into some kind of rock

the robots (hk, t3...) have an old age because, hk was with revan for a long time, and loads of people besides that, i dont see how anyone would know robot's age, if i had to though, nah, i wont bother, im rubbish, he he

Official site says that Carth is 38, and Canderous is 40.
Bastila is most probably 22-25.
Revan is probably 25-30. (The Masters in Dantooine say that he was young when he went to the Mandalorian Wars; since is is probably the most powerful Jedi in the galaxy, it is reasonable that he was a Knighted early, perhaps at 19, 20).

Revan and Carth are both 38. You can look it up on the wookieepedia ( starwars.wikia.com ). It tells what year they were born and what year Revan defeated Malak on the Star Forge, after that, all you have to do is the math. Carth and Revan were both born in the year 3994 BBY (which stands for Before the Battle of Yavin, a reference to the end of Star Wars IV: A New Hope) and Malak died on the Star Forge in the year 3956 BBY. That makes them 38.
It doesn't exactly tell how old Bastila is, however, Mission states that she (Bastila) is not much older than her (Mission) and we know Bastila is still a Padawan, so it's likely that she is in her early 20s. We know Mission is 14 because she was born in the year 3970 BBY and again Malak dies in the year 3956, so the simple subtraction there is 14.
It doesn't say when Zaalbar was born, but we know that he has been away from Kashyyyk for at least 20 years for attacking his older brother Chuundar who had dealings with slavers. One would assume they were young adults when this occurred, not knowing how long wookies live, we can only guess that they were around 20 at the time and 40 during the timeline of KotOR. We know from Revenge of the Sith that wookies have a longer lifespan because Chewbacca is there and he is a full grown adult at the approximate time that Luke and Leia are born (Han Solo would only be around 10 years old at that time), we know Han is about 30 and Luke and Leia are around 20 during the A New Hope timeline and we know Chewy is at least 20 years older than he was in RotS.
Juhani was born in 3963 and Malak died on the Star Forge in 3956. According to that math, Juhani would be 7 years old. Perhaps Cathar have much shorter lifespans like real cats and are mature at a much younger age.
With Canderous, again we don't know exactly when he was born, but it's clear that he has been fighting for 40 years as a warrior, he says so. Knowing that, we can assume Mandalorians expose their youth to warrior training at an early age and as such Canderous could be anywhere from early 40s to mid 50s give or take.
Finally, Jolee Bindo was on Kashyyyk for around 20 years and was an experienced adventurer before that. He said he left The Order as a padawan, but we know he fought in the war with Exar Kun which started 2 years before Carth and Revan were born, so we can assume that Jolee is anywhere from 20 to 40 years older than they are making him around 58 to 78.
