Hehe, lovely voice. It suits him quite well. In the way you pronouce the words, I can hear a little bit of Kido in it.

I found this Curst thing and he is an exception to the rule: healing magic does work on him. He also has a slow regeneration which puts him together when he is cut down (regenerating him from the head if he is obliterated. He cannot die until the curse is removed.)

With Int 11 Ian would be the lucky 10% who keep their senses. Most Curst suffer much stronger trauma and their Int drop to about 8. They also lose all spellcasting powers.

All in all it fits very well as long as you give him some special curse, much harder to remove. (most party priest can remove a curse just snapping their fingers. Perhaps it takes a near-divine power to traighten this mess: That's why he follows the PC.)


P.S.
As I wrote on orphan characters, you are free to use Grozhar as a non-joinable as long as you involve me in brainstorming his role. It seems that Tengu has left his two orphan sorcerers for similar use (there is no way to contact him though. He's been here for a year and hasn't registered.)

Hrrmm.. I've only found four pictures that could *maybe* fit those wishes of yours. Sorry, no offical Curst pictures out there atm, expect the one of Monsters of Faerun!

Okay my first post was unclear. In NWN there is a reasonable picture of a said Curst.

I love the one of Divine Treasures which I posted at Sol Ek Sa.

Your suggested portraits Sutr.

1st is to dark, wrong expression and I don't like the beard for it makes one look rugid and that is not Ian

2nd beard and the golden armor

3rd Don't get me started

4th reasonable though Ian knows it won't help to plunge a dagger in his chest.

I still am in love with the one of Divine Treasures (which I asked Sol Ek Sa to modify). The problem is the size when it will come to the epilogue (a problem I am also faced with Ariena's first portrait). I have sent Divine treasures through their site a message. I just hope they will response and help me...

Just looked through several sites among WTP and came to page 145 (* 9 portraits per page), will continue another moment.

Alternative possibilities: M0205, M0394 & M0739. However, I still like the best the one at Sol Ek Sa. Certainly when I stare at the pictures for a while, M0739 is somewhat light and M0394 is just too blank. ONly M0205 stays interessting alike.

However, it does give a better view on what I am looking for, if the orginal choice won't be it.
