Trying to find out if there is a Duergar equivalent of Eilestraee.

Do good Duergar worship a particular god or do they just look to the regular dwarf pantheon?

Well, the duergar almost all worship Deep Duerra or Laduguer, both of whom are evil. They are members of the dwarven pantheon, though both have been banished by Moridin. A duergar looking for a good deity would likely choose from good member of the dwarven pantheon.

Note that some of the dwarven gods probably wouldn't accept duergar worshippers (that is, they wouldn't grant a duergar priest any spells).

If the duergar is a psionicist then maybe Auppenser would be an option
