Quest Suggestions

I have a few ideas of my own, but together, with our collective minds, we can probably come up with some really cool things-to-do. The more quests there are, the less of a hack-and-slash mod this becomes, and the fuller of a worldwide experience.
So please, post your suggestions here. I cannot guarantee they will all be implemented, but this is open territory, ladies and gents.
P.S: If anybody wants to actually write their quests, and send me an erf file of it--hey, feel welcome. The less of this I have to do all by myself, the better. I'd like to eventually recruit some competent modders to my side, and maybe form an elite mod squad. The more hands there are, the less one person has to do, and the quicker this becomes the great thing it is (hopefully) destined to be.

example: i joined a party of 3 and went after the orch shamman. We were all in the party when we got the quest and we were all in the party when we turned in the shamans head, but only the person that turned in the head got the credit, gold, and xp. This should have been a party quest with a party reward.
Also any way to add back in the journal ability to keepo track of quests. Maybe richard thought it was holding the players hand too much, but i think it is a very valuable tool to have.
Thats my 2 cents worth

I dont know if this is possible (i think it is) but can you set the quests to include the entire party.

Both of these would take some work--and my mod time is currently filled up making recipes ATM--but both are possible. There are exceptions to the "party quest" approach. The most notable is the shadow guild quest, for rogue-types only. If the whole party got credit for the quest, we'd have non-thieves walkng around with guild rings, and getting the guildhouse key. Though this would be of little help; I have a failsafe installed on the entrance door.

<EDIT> Nevermind. A messenger type quest already exists in Benzor.

Benzor is the last place that needs help. Benzor also has Argyle McGabe, who generates Random Quests. We've got several start areas that are little more than bare skeletons.
What I'm looking for here is specific ideas. After 25+ years of D&D, I am thoroughly aware of the categories of generic questing.

Horred,
I hear ya. I have that much PnP D&D experience as well. Alot of that doesnt completely translate to NWN though. A really good PnP 'story' idea might translate into mega hours of work in the toolset, even if its not that complicated 'storywise'.
I'll dust off my old PnP stuff and see if I have anything there that still holds up and could translate easily. Over the decades (!!) I've been a DM more than a player, and save *everything*, so I have tons of original junk stockpiled somewhere.
