To create a Cleric that does not have to follow a deity that the game provides? I don't really like most of them except Selune(but I am trying to make an evil party).

For a truly evil party a Dreadmaster of Bane is an ideal choice.

Assuming this is an IWD2 question then no, you have to choose one of the nine. Tioma made a mod to add some different choices, also on this site, but he's not been about for ages.
