It was second LT I quess,
after first one talking about being tortured by Jon.

His portrait showed up only with no any texts.
There's no red typed options to choose, Edwin's word neither.

when I clicked anything around chat window to try something to show up
there's only

" (My name) -

(My name) -

(My name) -

and suddenly one red answer option like [No, I must(?)] appeard

again (My name) - and 'End dialogue'"

I thought I might have needed next patch over installed
so got 1.02 vers and installed it.
It uninstalled old version and was seemed to be installing new version
but at the end I got '[dialog.tlk permission denied]

I'm in need of help!!

I'm afraid I'll get all LT with edwin in this way.

It is the same when I try using 'chat' with Edwin by myself.
ther's nothing to show up..

In fact before this, when I first met Edwin and 'chat' with him,
I had a chat of which answer option is 'You look odd, Edwin'.
but there was text errors that have some broken? Koreans between them
(I'm from Korea, so using computer with Korean, but no Korean BG2 ver.)

Well, the 'chat' thing isn't exactly implemented yet. Eventually, there will be the option to initiate conversation with Edwin on different subjects, and the 'you look odd, Edwin' thing is there as a kind of fix in case the mod gets buggy.

As for the dialogue problem you're having, it sounds as if your installation is corrupt somehow, probably due to having installed a newer version without uninstalling the old one or something. I would recommend uninstalling all mods, reinstalling the game, and then reinstalling all mods. Hopefully, that should fix your problem.

Oh, and I hope you have the latest version of the mod now - the one found at the end of the 1.03 thread. If not, that's the one you want.
