Waaaaaaaaaaah

The patch won't install... Netiher manually or automatically... It says something about "old file not found" and then aborts...

If you have mods it mite not work. so try reinstalling and it mite work

Had no mods. It was because I tried installing a new version of the patch without having the old one installed. So ancient that they don't incorporate version 1 in version 2 and so on...

IMO there should be always one patch available for every game that has all the updates... it's annoying to try and find all the older versions of a patch.

Hehheh... Some games have their patches made like that, including BGs. But, yeah, it would be good if at least the newer games that have bigger patch files, would have such master patches.

Especially KotOR. I mean, the 1a patch was about 1-3mb. How hard is that to incorporate in the other patch..?

Don't know, it doesn't seem like it's that much work... maybe it's hard to do, I have no idea. Oh wait. Doesn't KotOR have the button on the desktop menu for update ála NWN? That would explain... they don't expect us to dl the patches to disk.

Yeah it has, but it didn't work on my computer the first time, and when I (for other reasons) formated my c-drive and installed everything from scratch, it didn't work either. Never had any problems with NWN though.

I had some problems as well, first with my firewall (solved that easy) and with the download server not working... that forced me to dl the manual patches... which brings us back to the start, we need full patch files in one package! @Devs

Well they do have everything on one page, (well, two pages, the US version is here) so that's pretty close.
