In this BP compatibility list  thread there are mods listed I can't seem to find anywhere. Even googling doesn't help much (sometimes I find links to TeamBG forum threads, but of course it's not helping). Any ideas where I could find some of these? (I'm particularly intrested in CBissons familiar pack, even tho I don't know anything about it. And there are others which sound interesting, but then again I don't have any information about them)

PS: I apologize for the rather offtopic nature of this thread, but I couldn't really find a better place to post this :D   :whistling:

Please post a list of the particular mods you're looking for, and we'll our best to point you to a website where you can download them.

Well, let's say CBisson's Familiar pack and Trophy feature mod for starters.

I don't think so. Or at least *I* couldn't find them there. Did I overlook something?

You can try the Modlist: http://modlist.pocketplane.net

If it's not there, chances are it's not available for download. The ones you've mentioned, for instance, were only posted on the now-defunct TeamBG forum as attachments.

Not sure of the status of Hild's laptop, but you might also try dropping him a line. I think he has even more then me saved on his computer, and I go out of my way to download almost every mod that is released. (There are few that just don't appeal to me conceptwise)

The two mods you mentioned are old ones that don't seem to uploaded to any BG2 websites right now. However, you might try going to the "Check the Bodies" forum, click on CBisson's name to pull up his personal info, and then send him an email. Charles Bisson might still have a copy of these old files and be willing to send them to you. :thumb:

Yes, I guessed they are old. But this doesn't mean they are bad, does it? About CBisson: I PMed him a couple of weeks ago, he either ignored it or did not recieve it. (It was in those days when the forum was not working properly, though.)

I do have a file called CBisson's Familiarpack #1, but as the board didn't let me add it as an attachment (and no explanation could be found what types of files are allowed to be uploaded), I couldn't post it here. Sorry!

If you send me an email or a PM, I will forward it your way ASAP. (22 kb)

Just a small word of warning: It is not a WeiDu mod. (Looks like an IAP mod (?) )

Hope this might help!

CBisson's familiar mod probably will be IAP, as it's pretty old. You can probably install it using IEEP, IEES, or DLTCEP.

As for the Trophy mod - IIRC, it was more of a concept mod. It wasnt finished, and wasn't much use. I'll see if I have it backed up anywhere.

As for forum attachments - try renaming the file to .txt and attaching it.

IAP and TBG files are valid forum attachments IIRC.
