Poor Edwin, what must he go through!!!! lol He deserves it, doesn't he? It's funny, playing a sorceress or playing with Kelsey, I never actually had Edwin in my party, but he sounds so funny now that I almost feel like playing again just to see some of his banter!!!!
Btw, this romance thing, is it in game or is it in fan fiction???

Your last cliffhanger was truly evil. I can't wait to read more.
Through lightning, travel shadow,
Through hell and all above,
Surviving sword and arrow,
Bound stronger by the love
***
And in the end a witness,
To where the death has lain,
Silent through the sorrow,
Where innocents lie slain

Gods... I'd only planned to read the first few chapters of this today and save the rest for later, but I ended up reading the entire thing in one go. . Well done for creating a very riveting story. The mix between past and present scenes are excellent and really make the story weave together very well. There are a few slight grammatical problems in the words, but if you are writing in Microsoft Word, the spellchecker should pick it up.

Thank you! I'm still working on it, I've decided when I finish the series I'll go over grammer. And I've added a new chapter! Enjoy
Mme. Thenardier:
I used to dream that I would meet a prince
But God Almighty, have you seen what's happened since?
Master of the house? Isn't worth me spit!
`Comforter, philosopher' and lifelong sh*t!
Cunning little brain, regular Voltaire
Thinks he's quite a lover but there's not much there
What a cruel trick of nature landed me with such a louse
God knows how I've lasted living with this bastard in the house!

Just read it, i always (well, at least usually... or maybe just often? ) enjoy it when writers write the story in their own way instead of sticking to all the rules, dialogues and concepts already present. ^^
The only part i'm a little worried about is Bhaal, the changes made to him seem to risk turning him into mere background noise.
But i suspect you have something intresting thought of for him, hmm?
Anyway, good writing i'd say.

Heh. I've got to say, this was an amusing chapter just in the fact that Edwin and Minsc still don't like each other, even when his memory is gone. That said, it will be interesting to find out just how it is that he gets his memory back. Keep writing, Saint Zenn, it really is wonderful.
Edwin has just lost some people in his memory, this sence is from one of Laufey's Thayvian Tales. He's just going to keep going on insulting people because that's what he does best.

The supense is killing me!
Oh, and I love how you're taking liberties with the story. I mean, it's a good story, but if you've played it a dozen times, and read a lot of fanfiction, while not really getting old, it is still refreshing to see a little variation in the tale. After all, it would be boring if you reproduced some of the quests exactly. I think most of us know most if not all of the game by heart, so it would not be very suspenseful if we already know what's going to happen.
Also, I love what you're doing with Bhaal. You actually make me like him (I never really hated him, but he wasn't my favourite either) I even feel sorry for him!
Can't wait for the next chapter!

I am moved by fancies that are curled
Around these images, and cling:
The notion of some infinitely gentle
Infinitely suffering thing.
