I've just started a new BG2 game with the big picture mod attached. I'm playing a Bladesinger and i've just gone up level. straight after I leveled up my character stated that It had one up another level and when I looked, it's as though I've dual classed with the bladesinger class. my experience has been split between one class heading to level 8 and another heading to level 0.

has anyone else come up against this problem? or does anyone have a solution?

I had the same problem. 8th level fighter, 0 level mage. Give it a minute. Perhaps after your next kill. Then it'll level you proper. Just keep questing.

ok, been getting on just fine with my bladesinger, doing the katra-tur quest and leveled up from 14 to 15 (other bladesinger class still on 14) and i have 62 hit points.

leveled up and my hit points plummeted to 30.

the kit did the odd level up thing again and my hit points dropped to 15!

what? I can't be a level 15 character with 15 hit points!!!!!

help help help help help help

Shadowkeeper. A tinkerer's best friend. Also very handy for looking up item/spell names.

Although a bit o thread necromancy, but this one fits my problem the most.
While playing the Bladesinger (Polish translation of v 1.12) he doesn't want to gain the second class and learn magic. If I create a new char in ToB he levels up and gains the new class after a second, but in SoA he stays at the "fighter" part of the Bladesinger, no matter how many XP I gain (tried the normal way and via cheats). Is there any way to fix it?
