I recently installed BG SoA and ToB and I wanted to use IEEP to make me some items and spells. I'm not really in the mood to learn DLTCEP now, because I know IEEP quite well by now. Well, quite well, I know how to use it anyway...

However, when I install IEEP and Near Infinity, I got a few errors. These are the errors:
"There has been an error reading the GAME DIR section of the IEEP initaliazation file. Therefore the rest of the Official Game Directory section will be skipped and the initaliazation file will continue to be read."
- I press 'OK'.
"There has been an error in the program. The specific information is:
Component 'COMDLG32.OCX' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invaled at IEEP_ini_Read.02.01."

- I press 'OK'.
"Would you like IEEP to try and find the paths to any Infinity Engine game present by searching the Registery?"
- Whether I press 'YES' or 'NO' is of no consequence, I got the same error...
"Run-time error '339':
Component 'COMDLG32.OCX' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invaled."

- I press 'OK' and IEEP just breaks down. Nothing... <_< :(

Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

You can get the VB6 runtimes at Microsoft but I do not know the url, however I have a copy uploaded HERE. If you are getting runtime errors this would be the first thing to try.

Cheers, Faen
