I wanna use ntotsc, bg1 ease of use, bg1 adventure, heart of fury and bg1 vault is there any compatibility issues that i need to worry about.

It was drawn to my attention that in the readme it clearly states that NToSC is NOT compatable with any other mods, sorry.

NTotSC is not compatible with other modules or TUTU, so please do not install anything else with it. Just follow the installing instruction and Read Me.

Is bgtutu considered a mod in its noncompatibility with ntotsc?

Tutu is not compatible with DSotSC and that is a required mod for installing NSotSC, therefore, Tutu is not compatible with NSotSC and the Tutu mods would also not be compatible.
However, any Weidu mod for BG1 should be compatible as long as it doesn't changes areas or overwrite the worldmap. So BG1 Ease should be fine. I have used that with DSotSC and didn't have any problems. Don't know about the other listed mods, I never used them.
