Do you think a mage worshipping the eye could get an eyeball familiar?

Minotaur, you just made my day.
C is the right alternative. I put the mod together in about 15 minutes, after an IRC-discussion (they tend to be very serious). So, uninstall the mod, or just reply "No." to Gaal.
igi is actually planning a real Unseeing Eye-mod. I've spoken to him about it, and it'll turn out just great!
Actually bit strange for they tell that you get a new vision from the Unseeying Eye and it's followers only become blind if you stop venerating him.
Still modding the Mod for the Wicked... It is a big project you know... And I got sidetracked (several times) a bit... sorry.

I thought about making a mod allowing Eyeball beholderkin familiars, actually. But the Gauths are too large to use, and the Wizard Eye eyeballs are just eyeballs as opposed to Beholderkin.

It would be interesting to see a full version of this mod. Perhaps use something like the beholder priest prestiege class from Faiths and Avatars (whatever the prestiege class and the book are called. Don't have it in this house currently.

Well, the Bestial Animations guys over at Black Wyrm's have the solution to the making a beholder (or wizard eye) that looks whatever way you like... give it a proper weapon animation that over-draws the whole creature.
Similarly, this could be used for Aerie with wings, too... I noticed that if you switch your animation to the Eagle animation can move right over blocking terrain.
