I can't get Morte back in any way. I know I'm supposed to give that idiot wizard a skull, and I've got both Mantuok's AND Soego's... but I can't tell that wizzie that I do!

Bug, supposed to be this way or the game just doesn't like me?

You have to check out a tomb in the Catacombs first, and report to Lothar.
Wondering where's the old Interplay community? Well, they're all at Ashford City!

To clarify: You need to visit your own tomb (southern exit near where you found the bronze sphere) and open the sarcophagus to report to Lothar that the tomb is empty, upon the wizard will accept any named skull.

It's a necessary plot development since to open the sarcophagus you need to read and press all 8 panels. Before reading the panels the Nameless One isn't even aware of an "adversary" persuing him to kill him.

Ugh first, make sure you completed the tomb at the end of the Drowned Catacombs.

Next you'll need a special skull:

YOu can use
The skull of Soego
The Skull of Montauk
And one more I forget, I think its of the Undead Priest.

Don't forget the Silent King. :P

Of course the entirety of Dead Nations will go hostile if you take the head of their fallen leader.

man it feels cool to massacre the dead nations. Then go to Many-as-one, and tell him he's next on the menu!

Bah, trying to fight MAO is a waste of time unless you're soloing, and even then...

Hey, setting off Cloudkills and Swarm Curses inside the Warrens of Thoughts is fun, and a great way to make money (collect the tails). :P

But fighting Many-as-one is worthless.

Fighting Many-As-One has many roleplaying things, as well as unlocks an avenue of getting the hell out of there. :(
