Doing the Soubar militia quests, and I can't deliver the note to Prelate Wessen - since I can't find him anywhere in the Hall of the Order of the Radiant Heart.

I guess I can try what seanas posted in a similar thread:
CLUAConsole:SetGlobal("CbDeliveringMissives","GLOBAL",3)

I'm just curious why the Prelate isn't there.

hmmm as far as I remember I had this problem because I had killed the prelate in the Radiant Heart since I had Valen in my party and all the paladins actually attacked me when I entered it....So unless u had him killed somehow I can't explain it otherwise...

Where in there is he supposed to be? I looked everywhere, but I suppose I could have just missed him. Did the CluaConsole thing work for you that (I think) seanas suggested?

CLUAing the CbDeliveringMissives Global to 3 will work for any game, as that means 'both messages have been delivered'. if you haven't previously killed the Prelate (both the Valen mod and the Kiara/Zaiya mod can require you to kill him) then the reason why he hasn't turned up would be that a global hasnt set properly. this is not unusual in SoS: it relies heavily on globals, and they get set in real time (essentially), so you can move from or leave an area or begin another action too quickly for the global to be set... hence the next action doesn't occur. it's not a bug with SoS as such, rather a limitation of the game engine (or perhaps: it's SoS butting up against the limits of the engine...): which is why it's always recommended to make *lots* of saves in SoS - if something goes wrong, you only have to go back one scene/ event/ conversation/ etc and do it again.
