Love how I was steered that direction. Stuttering bug and slowdown is GONE! My only problem is now some of the new areas are having wierd graphic abnormalities. Is the problem that I biffed incorrectly, or should I move the area files back into overrides or re-biff, leaving them there this go around? Any and all help welcome/needed cats!

Up till now the only way to add correctly TIS files into biffs is using IETME (for my knowledge) - you can't do it with Near Infinity or WinBiff. Probably users of WEiDU installer can tell you more how they made it in their mods. And don't add any files into original game's biff - you will mess everything, but you can update such files by replacing the content - but not TISes.

So if I move the TIS files back into the override folder, will that fix the issues?
