I go to the monastery and attempt to talk to Balthazar. Then I get to the end where he tells me he has to kill me. 4 options are displayed to end the dialogue, but apparently one of them is missing. I tried clicking on the others, but the dialogue box just stays there and nothing happens. Again, the last thing he says is about killing me and performing a ritual suicide.
The only dialogue options showing are 1, 2, and 4. 3 is not visible and you can't click it.
I think they changed the dialogue with Balthazar, and you can try and convince him to join you. Apparently, that's what is missing.
Can someone help me?

Hmm, Redemption mod does not really change anything here. If you have LR and you have promised Jonny Baltazar's soul the dialog will look different though...
