Are we talking about Sammaster or Alaundo here??, both infused with deific power but I believe only 1 of them was insane..Especially as this prophecy was dreamed up by a madman infused with a portion of a god's divine essence .I was just making a comment about the reliability of prophecies.

Offically, it's MUCH easier of a process to create a dracolich than it is to create a human lich, at least in terms of the resources and magic involved. The tricky part is convincing or forcing a dragon to take part in it.
