This is just a minor bug, but anyway...

I just finished the ToB part of the romance (IloveitIloveitIloveit!) and after finishing the final battle Edwin's epilogue turned up twice, first the mod version, then the original one. This happens whether the PC ascends of stays mortal.

I think I remember something about a third non-romance epilogue, which didn't turn up at all when I tried it.

As I said, this is just a minor problem (though I would love to take a look at that third epilogue  )

Hmmm...now this is very weird! I've played the final battle with Edwin a few times, and that *never* happened. And yes, the third epilogue should be in there, as far as I know, available for male PC:s or females not romancing Edwin. I know I could get it myself, though that was with an earlier version of the mod.

I now have the working teleportation ring but every time Charname uses it, Eddie is the only one that gets teleported out, leaving the rest of the party trapped like rats.

Weird. Has anyone else experienced this?

I have a little bit of a problem with the ToB part of the Edwin Romance, but it might be a mistake on my part, so I will apoligize ahead of time. (sorry) Ok, well Iplayed all of the Romance in Athkatla, (graveyard district) and when i got to the end where the PC meets Edwins mum. (i assume this is the end) and then he didnt really talk anymore, except for the slayer comment and the tree of life comment. but im not sure if this is really important or not, but i didnt play the underdark portion, because ive played it SO many times. So i just warped to suldenesselar. Was i supposed to play the WHOLE game? Anyways, once i finished the whole Exile---arrrr--- thing i did the attack Illasera thing and ended up at the pocket plane. And now eddie wont talk, even using SetGlobal. Is this a bug or something, or was i supposed to play the whole game?

The meeting with Edwin's mother is the last conversation, apart from the Slayer and Tree comments, so you didn't miss anything. Warping past the Underdark - I don't think that would mess up your game.

Hm...have you only just arrived in the Pocket Plane? Edwin won't have anything to say until a little after you've left it for the first time.

I believe the first ToB dialogue can happen in various places, but it should happen shortly after you arrive in Saradush after leaving the Pocket Plane for the first time.

I have a problem! I've had it before as well, but then I had a savegame to go to, now I don't.

Anyways, the part of the romance where Edwin gets drunk: I go to sleep and get one of those nightmareish cutscenes. When I wake up, the whole party besides me is under the effect of Sleep. I try to rest again, but all that happens is more and more items being added )empty bottles I presume). I have no idea how to deal with this. I have no savegame I can go back to.

Man, I'm stupid. For all of the cheater I am in this game, it never occurred to me to just cheat-heal them all.

Excuse me, but I have to make sure about this - is or is there not another love talk after meeting with Edwin's mother? Because if there is no other love talk, then it's quite...weird. I met Edwin's mum before I went to Brynnlaw and that's pretty soon for the romance to be practically over for the SoA part of the game. I'm disappointed because I really LIKED the romance, even loved it, so don't get me wrong...and give me some good news, hm?

I'm afraid that is the last regular SoA lovetalk, yes. I could have made more - but I tried to keep the number about the same as in the SoA romance. See, if I made too many, then people who played through more quickly would be unhappy because of missing out on half the romance, or upset that they had to wait too long for the end.

You're not quite done though - there's a little twist to the Bodhi abduction, and Edwin should have something to say to you at the Tree of Life. And then there's ToB, of course.

The variable reads as 2.

Do you have the latest version of the romance by now? If you do, do you still have the same problem?

Well, there will be the 'flirts'...and the way I write them, they will be very verbal, extensive, and resemble the regular lovetalks in many ways.
