So, I know Edwin doesnt have any flirts yet, but hey, im curious. So I clicked on the converse button and clicked on him and i got the "i saked you to go and get the nether scroll, lets go soon" thing. I didnt give it much importance, cos i knew i still had to go and make that quest. I only thought it was weird he didnt mentioned it before openly, and only did when i tried to speak to him.

So, i moved area to the graveyard and conversed him again (yeh curiosity), and i get the "you filth i told you to go get the scroll, now i leaving" talk.

I was rather amazed by the fact he only spoke about this when i forced the conversation and not before... I solved the problem very easily, I reloaded and refrained from trying to speak to him After that the quest was done with no problems and he is now Edwina, who btw has fun lts (when does he become Edwin again, though?? ).

Hm...that is *very* strange, and I haven't heard of anything like it happening before! Edwin *should* ask you to go get the scroll in a regular lovetalk - did he do that in your game before you tried talking to him?

And Edwina becomes Edwin when she meets Degardan for the second time, just like in the unmodded game. :edwin:

Nope, he never mentioned the scroll before i tried to talk to him. It was then when the quest thing triggered I guess... and speaking to him again, even though some 5 seconds had passed between the 2 talks made him leave.

Wheres Degardan, btw? :S I never played till the point where Edwina becomes Edwin again in my games :S

Sounds like this is some sort of strange bug - I'll have to notify Neb of it.

As for Degardan, he will turn up for the first time some time after the conversation when Edwina asks your PC advice on how to be a girl.

Question...Edwin has this scrol now, but...he once speak(how in normal bioware project about scroll) Any love talks in the meantime. When I "click" at him, after normal dialog he becames Edwina, I forced that Is that right?

After Edwin has the scroll, you wait for a day or so, and he casts the Nether spell, the same as in the unmodded game. Directly after that, you click on him so he'll give his usual speech about 'This Nether Scourge'. This part is not changed in the mod compared to the original game.

Really? You mean the dialogues after he has found the scroll don't initiate properly to transform him? That is strange, I've played that part of the mod many times and never had that problem. Do you by any chance have a save game before it happens?

Nope...it's the one where Edwina eventually ends up asking you what type of man you prefer that's the last one before Degardan appears. Have you had the one where Edwina has a nightmare yet? After that, there are two more lovetalks before Degardan's first appearance. Also, he doesn't show in all areas, I believe.

Immortality -- I beg thee lady to zip a savegame 'before' you can force these talks and send the save to me. Me and Neb worked of fixing this but I cannot test my fix if I dont have the save form the latest version.

Can you pretty pleese? Best of all the save before going into graveyard to get the scroll so I can test that he does not speak these if you appease him but gets nasty if you dont go there for long enough....

I hope you can help us to solve this -- it is a very annoying bug I bet.

I've gotten the scroll and it's been several days, yet he hasn't used the scroll. help please. :help:

Something similar was discussed in the bug report thread...I'm not sure if this is a bug in the romance, or if it's that old bug from the original game. Have you previously played the game and had him transform as he should? Do you have the latest patch installed? And do you recall which dialogue option you picked when he found the scroll?
