Changing character appearance

Is there a file that I have overlooked that assigns the paperdoll to race and class that I can edit? I have tried to rename files and put them in the override but it doesnt seem to work. Im thinking that there may be a way to edit appearance from the character creation screen?

Also at Gibberlings3 is a nifty tweak pack that let's you change appearances IIRC. (That it is in the pack. I am 100% on the place and the option 
)
